Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains how Bolingbroke Patterson ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the GlobalClippz website and the GlobalClippz Uploader, our internal tool for publishing videos to our own YouTube channel.
Who we are
GlobalClippz is operated by Bolingbroke Patterson, United Kingdom. Contact: EA@BolingbrokePatterson.com.
The GlobalClippz Uploader and YouTube API Services
The GlobalClippz Uploader uses YouTube API Services. It is used only by us, to upload videos to the two YouTube channels that we own, GlobalClippz and The Omaha Archive. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
- What it accesses: with our own permission, it uses Google sign-in (OAuth) to upload videos, titles, descriptions and thumbnails to our channels and to add our own videos to our own playlists. It requests only the permissions needed for this.
- What it stores: a sign-in token for our own account, kept on our own computer, and the YouTube video IDs of videos we have uploaded.
- What it does not do: it does not read, collect or store personal information about YouTube viewers or any other YouTube users, and it does not share any data with third parties.
By using YouTube API Services through our tool, we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from the Google Account third-party connections page.
