Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply to the GlobalClippz website and the GlobalClippz YouTube channel, operated by Bolingbroke Patterson, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.
Our content
GlobalClippz publishes short clips from live comedy shows and podcasts. The original performances and footage belong to the comedians and shows credited in each video. Clips are shared to promote the comedians and their full shows, and each one links back to the original.
Comedy clips may contain strong language and adult themes. Views expressed are the performers' own, performed as comedy, and are not ours.
Credits and takedowns
If you are a performer or rights holder and want a credit changed or a clip removed, email EA@BolingbrokePatterson.com with a link to the video. We aim to act within 24 hours.
Submissions
If you send us footage to clip (see Get your set clipped), you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and you give us a free, non-exclusive licence to edit it into clips and publish them on our YouTube channels and social accounts, credited to you. You keep all rights to your material. You can ask us to change or remove any clip at any time by emailing EA@BolingbrokePatterson.com, and we will do so within 24 hours.
YouTube
Our videos are hosted on YouTube, and watching them is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our internal upload tool uses YouTube API Services in line with those terms; see our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
You may view and link to this website for personal use. Please don't copy our branding (the GlobalClippz name and logo) or present our channel as your own.
No warranty and liability
The website and channel are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by its courts.
